Captured during a pastel sunset along the Manly coast, this photograph is about those quieter moments in the ocean - waiting, watching, breathing, and soaking in the last light of the day.
There’s something special about the ocean in the late afternoon - softer light, slower moments and waves that seem to glow.
“Afternoon Delight” captures a peaceful coastal scene as day fades into evening along the shoreline.
Captured high above Manly Wharf, this aerial photograph showcases the meeting point between Manly Harbour, Shelly Beach and the open Pacific Ocean. Crystal-clear turquoise water and layered coastline textures create a striking coastal perspective of one of Sydney’s most iconic beachside suburbs.
One of my favourite places to flyover. Shot from above at sunrise, this image captures the soft colours, layered coastline and iconic yellow facade of North Steyne Surf Club as day begins at Manly.
The Oceanides sculpture, dubbed the ‘Sea Nymphs’ by locals, is located on the edge of Fairy Bower pool. It conjures thoughts of sea creatures such as dolphins as well as mythic sprites cavorting in the waves. In big seas the figures seem to move with the water.
